These terms apply to every order you place on this site. They don’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your account

You need to be 18 or over to place an order. Keep your password private; you are responsible for orders placed through your account. You can update your details at any time on your account page.

Orders

  • When you place an order we send an email acknowledging it. The contract between us is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched.
  • We may decline an order, for example if the item is out of stock or the price was clearly wrong. If we do, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in euro and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown before you pay.
  • We accept card payments and Klarna, processed securely by Stripe. Klarna payments are also subject to Klarna’s own terms.
  • Product colours may look slightly different on your screen than in person.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery times, your 14-day right to cancel, and how to return items are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your rights under consumer law.

Your personal data

How we use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Complaints and governing law

If something goes wrong, please email [hello@yourdomain.ie] and we will try to resolve it quickly. These terms are governed by Irish law. You can bring proceedings in the Irish courts, or in the courts of the EU country where you live. Claims up to €2,000 can be made through the Small Claims procedure.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
