Delivery

• Delivery costs €6.50 and is free on orders over €75.00.
• We aim to dispatch orders within [2–3] working days and deliver within [3–5] working days.
• If your order has not arrived within 30 days, you may cancel it for a full refund, unless we have agreed a different date with you.

Your right to cancel (14 days)

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you, or someone you nominate, receive the goods. For an order delivered in several parcels, the 14 days run from the last parcel.

To cancel, tell us clearly, for example by emailing [hello@yourdomain.ie]. You can use the model cancellation form below, but you don’t have to.

Sending items back

• Send the items to [Returns address], Dublin, Ireland within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling.
• You pay the cost of returning the items unless they are faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
• You may handle the item as you would in a shop to look at it, but we may reduce your refund if it has been used beyond that, for example worn out, or returned damaged or without its tags.
• We recommend a tracked service, as items are your responsibility until they reach us.

Refunds

We will refund the price of the items and the standard delivery cost you paid within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait until we receive the items back, or until you show us proof you sent them, whichever is first. Refunds go back to the original payment method at no charge to you.

Faulty or incorrect items

This doesn’t affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. If an item is faulty, not as described or not what you ordered, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it, and cover the return postage. You have at least 30 days from delivery to reject faulty goods for a full refund, and remedies for faults that appear later.
